isPermaLink="false">http://www.rapliq.org/?p=1069#comment-4073</guid> <description>Having seen and travelled with my husband who has used wheelchairs and walkers on buses over the last five years, I think that this is a timely effort to make a difference and to also encourage every disabled person to make formal complaints when they are faced with these awful situations. Their efforts and their persistence is important in helping the providers of these services to truly understand what needs to be done, and to teach them to adopt an attitude of kindliness and service even when there are still some difficult technical issues that must inevitably be addressed and eventually resolved.
